Decision Making in Depth
Decisions made over the next few years on adapting to a changing climate will have far-reaching implications for future generations and for development outcomes in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Many of these decisions will be in the hands of national government officials responsible for management of vulnerable sectors.
As officials confront these challenges, and seek to balance immediate needs with longer term climate risks, they will require basic resources to make effective adaptation decisions. These include:
